Lot Supervisor

We are seeking a friendly, proactive and attentive Lot Supervisor to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the appearance, organization and management of our lot, our inventory and supporting daily operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the automotive industry and supply chain management. The Lot Attendant will be responsible for keeping the lot, inventory, and vehicle deliveries organized, attractive and customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the receiving and delivery of vehicle Inventory
• Assist with the parking and retrieval of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including sweeping, trash removal, snow removal and light landscaping tasks
• Support vehicle movement for test drives, service appointments, or deliveries
• Provide dealership information and guidance to customers as needed
• Ensure all vehicles are properly displayed and positioned for optimal presentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Experience with heavy equipment and/or shop experience is a plus
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse customer and vendor base
• Experience in hospitality is advantageous
• Ability to handle important files and infomation with accurately and responsibly
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting light objects
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and ability to work well within a team

Rate of pay will be negotiable based on skills and experience.
